Shop Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Shop Assistant to join our team during our busy season (September to December). This is a hands-on position that involves helping with vehicle preparation, customer service, shop operations, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

* Vehicle preparation before Krown applications

* Pulling vehicles into and out of the shop safely

* Installing/popping Krown plugs into vehicles

* Cleaning and wiping down vehicles after service

* Washing vehicles

* Greeting customers and providing friendly customer service

* Cashing customers out and processing payments

* Stocking Krown products and shop supplies

* Keeping the shop, work areas, and equipment clean and organized

* Assisting the team with daily shop duties as needed

* Following all workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

* Valid driver’s licence

* Reliable and punctual

* Comfortable working around vehicles

* Strong attention to detail

* Friendly and professional with customers

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Willing to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

* Previous automotive or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
