PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Mission:
To safely and efficiently manufacture, assemble, and refurbish motor coils and related traction motor components that meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. The Production Worker follows standardized processes, maintains attention to detail, and supports consistent production output. Through teamwork and adherence to safety and quality procedures, this role helps ensure reliable products and on-time delivery to customers.
Outcomes Needed
- Quality: 98% of assembled units meet quality control standards with no rework required.
- Productivity/efficiency: Consistently complete assigned assembly tasks within or ahead of standard cycle times while maintaining quality standards.
- Safety: Maintain a 100% safety record — no incidents or safety violations.
- Attendance: Maintain 98% on-time attendance with no unexcused absences.

WAREHOUSE CLERK

MISSION:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate storage, movement, and distribution of raw materials. The successful candidate will maintain inventory accuracy, supply production efficiently, perform cycle counts, and contribute to a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment while supporting uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
OUTCOMES:
- Maintain inventory accuracy of 98% or greater by consistently following established procedures while supporting ongoing inventory control initiatives.
- Ensure 100% of production material requests are picked, verified, and delivered accurately and on time.
- Complete assigned cycle counts according to schedule.
- Maintain warehouse locations in a clean, organized, and audit-ready condition by consistently following 5S standards.
- Maintain accurate identification and traceability of all materials by properly labeling, storing, and transacting inventory
ROLE COMPETENCIES:
- Warehouse & Inventory Operations Experience – Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory control functions, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Material Handling Certification – Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain and maintain certification.
- Inventory & Systems Proficiency – Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems, including cycle counting and inventory transaction accuracy.
- Computer Skills – Proficient with Microsoft Office and other warehouse-related software applications.
- Organization & Time Management – Effectively prioritizes work, manages multiple tasks, and maintains accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety, Quality & Inventory Discipline – Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety standards, product quality, inventory accuracy, FIFO practices, and 5S workplace organization.
- Teamwork & Accountability – Works independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
- Shipping & Receiving Operations – Experience supporting high-volume material movement, receiving, storage, and shipment activities.
- Physical Job Requirements – Able to safely lift, carry, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

MISSION:
To lead and optimize warehouse operations through disciplined inventory control, safe and efficient material handling, and strong team leadership, ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective flow of goods that consistently supports production and customer demand.
OUTCOMES:
- Maintain overall warehouse inventory accuracy at or above 98% through cycle counts, transaction auditing, and inventory reconciliation activities by the end of each month.
- Maintain order picking accuracy at or above 99% by implementing verification procedures and conducting routine audits of outbound orders throughout the fiscal year.
- Maintain ERP transaction accuracy at or above 99% by ensuring timely and accurate completion of all inventory movements, receipts, transfers, and shipment transactions throughout the year.
- Maintain adequate staffing coverage and operational continuity by effectively scheduling warehouse personnel, managing attendance issues promptly, and cross-training team members throughout the year.
