Service Operator

POSITION TITLE: Service Operator

This role responsible for supporting production operations by ensuring materials and inventory are delivered efficiently and on time to maintain uninterrupted production flow.

SALARY INFORMATION: Replacement - Full-time permanent position
Hourly rate to start $20.14 after probation $22.20, after one-year $24.47.

Responsibilities/Expectations/Deliverables

• Provide production lines with materials and stock required to fulfill production demands
• Prioritize inventory drop-offs and pickups based on production scheduling needs
• Ensure all materials entering production are QC approved and properly batched
• Report on quality issues or concerns to leadership
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date NEQ spreadsheets and inventory records
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid G Driver’s License required and Drivers Abstract
• Ability to operate or willingness to train on a 5-ton truck
• TDG Certification considered an asset (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to obtain HFI insurance (must be 25+ years of age) 
• Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or production support environments preferred.
