Stone Quarry Labourers

We are hiring for relaible Labourers to join our team working at a local stone quarry located on Blue Church Road in Augusta township. We have multiple full-time positions available, as well as opportunities for Heavy Equipment Operators. Training can be provided to operate heavy equipment including Excavators and Loaders. 

Schedule: 
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. 
Friday: 7:30 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with stone production and processing 
• Sorting, stacking, and moving stone products 
• Loading and unloading materials 
• General site clean-up and organization
• Operating hand and power tools safely 
• Assisting equipment operators as required 
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment 
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures 
• Other general labour duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working on uneven terrain
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Experience operating heavy equipment is considered an asset but is not required
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to get to and from work daily, personal vehicle is not required to use to perform the job
