Kemptville Infinity Inc. is a fun, fast-growing gym where kids come to build strength, confidence, and movement skills through gymnastics, cheer and ninja programs. We’re looking for part-time (evening/weekend) motivated, energetic coaches who love working with kids and are excited to learn and grow in the world of coaching.
This is a perfect first job or early career role for high school and college students interested in teaching, physical education, fitness, or sport; or a great opportunity for adults who were former gymnasts or athletes to share their skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Coaching recreational gymnastics and ninja classes for ages 2–16
● Leading games, warmups, skill circuits, and cool-downs
● Following CanGym Skills and completing athlete`s skills assessments each session
● Helping set up and take down equipment
● Creating a fun, safe environment where kids can learn and thrive
● Attending staff meetings and our annual staff retreat!
● Growing your skills through hands-on coaching and formal training
Training:
No coaching experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know through:
✅ Hands-on, in-gym training with experienced mentors
✅ Gymnastics Ontario and NCCP courses (online & in-person — fully paid by us)
✅ You get a raise when you complete certifications
