POSITION TITLE: IT Support Analyst (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
This role handles day-to-day IT support activities, allowing the IT Leader to focus on strategy, risk management, and business enablement.
SALARY INFORMATION: New full-time permanent position
$60,000 -75,000 salary range
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role ensures applications are reliable, secure, documented, and supported in a scalable way as the business grows and systems evolve.
End-User Support (Tier 1 / Tier 2):
Device & User Lifecycle Management:
Documentation & Process Adherence:
Escalation & Collaboration:
Escalate infrastructure, security, or application-level issues to the IT Leader or appropriate specialist
Coordinate with vendors as directed for troubleshooting and support cases
Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status and resolution
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 helpdesk environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Mac OS and mobile platforms.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
