Management, Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Front Cashiers

We are seeking friendly and efficient management staff, cooks, prep cooks, and front cashiers to join our dynamic team at our new restaurant in Brockville - Thai Express.The ideal candidates will provide exceptional food service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Prior restaurant experience and knowledge of food handling and safety standards are highly valued. The Server will also assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met and presentation quality food formula
• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly when necessary
• Ensure food safety and proper handling of all dishes according to health regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders
• Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Follow all restaurant policies regarding serving procedures and safety protocols

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and meal preparation techniques
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic understanding of cooking or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes comfortably
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Food industry knowledge including serving techniques and food safety practices is desirable
