Food Services Supervisor

Wage: $18.75 - $20.00/hour (to be negotiated)
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week 
Shifts: morning, night, day, and weekend
Locations: work available on site in Prescott and at new location in Cardinal
​Vacancies: 2 full-time positions available, or 4 part-time
Lanugage: english
Education: secondary school completion
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years 

Responsibilities: 

• Establish methods to meet work schedules 
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food 
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures 
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation 
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards 
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage 
• Prepare and submit reports 
• Establish work schedules
