A new restaurant is opening in Brockville - Mirage Cove Waterfront Dining by Renegadz -  and we are looking for a passionate, creative, and hands-on chef to prepare our upscale-casual menu. 

You will be responsible for preparing high quality dishes and overseeing daily kitchen operations.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff.  
• You will monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs.  
• You will have a strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.  
• You will remain calm and focused during high volume periods.
