Garden Centre Associate (Seasonal)

Coville's Greenhouses & Garden Centre, a local, family-owned business is hiring a part-time team members for the current season (until December). This is a great opportunity to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment while offering superior customer service. Located just West of Prescott. 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• greeting and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience 
• processing transactions 
• transplanting, watering, and general plant care 
• maintaining a safe working environment 
• strong customer service skills
• general computer skills
• strong knowledge of plants required 
• willingness to learn 
• be able to work outside in all weather conditions 
• be able to work weekday and weekend shifts
• be able to work on their feet for an entire shift
• be able to lift up to 40 lbs

Position Details: 

• duties will vary throughout different seasons
• total weekly hours/shifts will vary throughout the season
• starting at minimum wage, with potential for increased wages based on direct greenhouse or plant care experience
