We are hiring an experienced Server to join our service-driven restaurant, where the focus is on delivering a polished, high-quality guest experience from start to finish. At Little Barcelona, we offer an authentic Spanish dining experience built on quality ingredients, thoughtful service and attention to detail—ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys connecting with guests and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant

Strong customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with guests

Confidence making menu recommendations and enhancing the guest experience

A professional, reliable and team-oriented approach to work

Ability to stay organized and focused in both fast-paced and quieter periods

Requirements:

Valid Smart Serve certification

Fluent in English (French is an asset)

Availability Wednesday–Saturday (lunch or dinner or both)

Professional presentation (smart casual; no jeans)

Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
