Installation Technician (Seasonal)

Tropical Pools and Spas – Prescott, ON

Tropical Pools and Spas is looking for a seasonal Installation Technician to join our team for the upcoming pool season! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a hands-on team helping customers get their pools and spas ready for summer.

Job Details

• Seasonal position: Early May to late October (depending on business needs)
• Full-time hours, including Saturday availability
• Wage: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience
• Based out of our Prescott store location

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and setup of pools, spas, and related equipment
• Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment to job sites
• Operate company vehicles to travel to customer locations
• Support service calls and installations as part of a team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide friendly and professional customer service while on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to start and end your day at the Prescott location
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
• Professional and respectful when interacting with customers
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and working on your feet throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Experience with pool or spa equipment, construction, landscaping, or installation work
• Experience using basic tools or working in a hands-on environment

This position is ideal for students or individuals looking for seasonal outdoor work.
