A local, family-owned greenhouse is hiring 2-3 part-time team members for the upcoming season (April-December). This is a great opportunity to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment while offering superior customer service. Located just West of Prescott.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- greeting and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience
- processing transactions
- transplanting, watering, and general plant care
- maintaining a safe working environment
- strong customer service skills
- general computer skills
- be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- be able to work weekday and weekend shifts
- be able to work on their feet for an entire shift
- be able to lift up to 40 lbs
Position Details:
- duties will vary throughout different seasons, starting more indoors in Spring
- approximately 15-20 hours/week
- total weekly hours/shifts will vary throughout the season
- starting at minimum wage, with potential for increased wages based on direct greenhouse or plant care experience
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy connecting with customers and take pride in caring for plants. Experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right candidates.
