Pay: $22.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and licensing

Job Description
We are a vegetation management company providing professional services to a wide range of clientele. We are seeking a skilled Exterminator with experience in industrial vegetation management to join our team.

If you hold a valid Exterminator license, but not specifically for industrial vegetation management, we encourage you to apply — we are willing to train and support the right candidate in obtaining the desired licensing.

This role involves applying herbicides and other vegetation control products safely and effectively across a variety of industrial and commercial while maintaining high standards for safety and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Apply herbicides and vegetation control products using backpack, hand-held, and RTV & truck-mounted spray equipment
  • Manage vegetation on industrial, commercial, municipal, and utility sites
  • Follow all product labels, application rates, safety procedures, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Maintain accurate spray logs, application records, and reporting as required
  • Identify target vegetation and site conditions; report concerns to supervisors
  • Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members

Requirements

  • Valid Exterminator license (Ontario)
  • Experience in industrial vegetation management is an asset
  • Valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
  • Clean criminal record required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Willingness to obtain industrial vegetation management licensing (training provided)

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Hours may vary due to weather conditions such as rain, wind or extreme heat. Note, potential for extended hours during suitable conditions to make up for weather delays.
