Customer Service Representative
Heart to Home Meals is the leading frozen meal delivery service for seniors in Ontario and we are looking to add a Part-Time (3 days a week) Customer Service Representative to our growing team in North Gower, Ontario. This is a Temporary 1 Year position.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls & assist clients with placing their orders or any other concerns they may have
- Take orders over the phone & online
- Basic office administration tasks
- Requirements
- Comfortable Talking on the phone with seniors
- Ability to communicate & relate to people at all levels
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working on a computer and familiar with programs such as Word & Excel
Previous Customer Service Experience is an asset but not required
Pay is $20/hr and the days/hours of work are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am-5pm at our office in North Gower .
