Job Title: Office and Customer Support
Location: 246 King Street West, Prescott ON
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and reliable individual to join our team, specializing in customer service and with strong digital skills. We fulfill both residential and business contracts and this role would be the first point of contact for these communications, specifically offering support by phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Creating work orders and overseeing scheduling for these orders.
- Welcoming and supporting customers who visit the office in person.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service and scheduling.
- Strong computer skills and comfortable working with various software systems.
- Any accounting experience would be considered an asset.
- No specific technical/troubleshooting knowledge required.
- Personable and able to build strong relationships with clients.
- Reliable, presentable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with Prescott and surrounding areas is a plus.
