Job Title: Commercial Cleaner (Independent Contractor) – Professional Office Setting

Location: Prescott 
Schedule: Bi-weekly | Approximately 2 hours per clean
Hours: Must be completed outside of regular office hours (early mornings or evenings)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner on a contract basis to maintain a professional office environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and respects confidentiality within the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain washrooms, offices, kitchenette, and common areas
• Dispose of trash and recycling
• Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming environment

Requirements:

• Ability to clean outside of office hours (morning or evening)
• Must provide a criminal record check and carry own liability insurance
• References required
• Cleaning products and equipment can be provided or brought by the contractor (to be discussed)
• High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality are essential

Schedule & Compensation:

• Bi-weekly cleaning (approx. 2 hours per session) 
• Compensation paid per service agreement/invoice
