Kemptville Infinity Inc. is a fun, fast-growing gym where kids come to build strength, confidence, and movement skills through gymnastics, cheer and ninja programs. We’re looking for part-time (evenings´/ weekends) motivated, energetic coaches who love working with kids and are excited to learn and grow in the world of coaching.
This is a perfect first job or early career role for high school and college students interested in teaching, physical education, fitness, or sport; or a great opportunity for adults who were former gymnasts or athletes wishing to share their skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coaching recreational gymnastics and ninja classes for ages 2–16
Leading games, warmups and cool downs, as well as skill circuits on bars, balance beam and vault
Following CanGym Skills and completing athlete`s skills assessments each session (January, June, August)
Helping set up and take down equipment
Creating a fun, safe environment where kids can learn and thrive
Attending staff meetings and our annual staff retreat!
Other small tasks (craft prep, cleaning) as requested during down time
Growing your skills through hands-on coaching and formal training
Training:
No coaching experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know through:
✅ Hands-on, in-gym training with experienced mentors
✅ Gymnastics Ontario and NCCP courses (online & in-person — fully paid by us)
✅ You get a raise when you complete certifications
