Kemptville Heating & AC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Hand to join our team! If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for quality work and team success, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor HVAC install & service crews
Ensure projects are completed on time & to high standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Communicate clearly with customers & teammates
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3+ years HVAC experience
G2 Gas License (mandatory)
Strong leadership & organizational skills
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
Valid driver’s license
