Job Title: Server & Retail Support

Type: Part-Time

We’re a small, local Spanish restaurant whose goal is for our customers to enjoy delicious traditional Spanish cuisine. We love creating great experiences for our customers and building a brand people get excited about. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, team-minded individual who’s excited to wear a few different hats and bring positive energy to our team.

What You’ll Do

• Serve Guests with Care: Provide attentive, friendly service and ensure every customer feels valued. Whether that be while you serve tables or when you answer the phone or emails. 

• Work as a Team Player: Support your teammates and step in where needed, whether in the kitchen, cleaning, or counting inventory.

• Maintain the Retail Shop: Keep shelves stocked, tidy, and organized, making sure products are displayed beautifully.

• Sales: Learn about our products and services and speak to our customers about them with enthusiasm. You love having goals, and you enjoy achieving them. 

• Support the Online Store: Help update and maintain products, ensuring accuracy and availability.

• Bring Initiative: Notice what needs to be done, and take action without waiting to be asked.

Who You Are

• Experienced in serving and confident handling customer interactions.

• Detail-oriented — you notice the small things that make a big difference to customers.

• A life-long learner who’s eager to grow and adapt.

• Préférablement, vous parlez français, car beaucoup de nos clients parlent la langue.

• Friendly, approachable, and someone who enjoys working with people.

• Comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities — from serving to retail to light online updates.

• Mature - you are self-driven and consistent with your work-ethic.  Nobody needs to chase you or follow-up to find out why things haven't been done. 

• Looking for a few hours a week to have a bit of side income.
