Social Media & Customer Experience Assistant

We're looking for someone who is social media savvy, takes great photos and enjoys seeing success on their posts. This person has a marketing eye and is driven. They are also detail-oriented and could do things for the company like input receipts and reconcile accounts. They are also people-friendly and have a taste for sales so could jump into a customer service role as needed whether that be answering the phone or serving a table. Ideally this person would be young, mature and bring positive energy.

We are a small, local Spanish restaurant whose goal is for our customers to enjoy delicious traditional Spanish cuisine. We love creating great experiences for our customers and building a brand people get excited about. We’re looking for someone who’s creative, energetic, and ready to jump in where needed.

What You’ll Do

• Take photos and create fun, engaging posts for our social media while remaining on-brand.
• Track what’s working and celebrate, tweak what's not.  You own your numbers and are self-driven to do better.
• Help with small admin tasks like organizing receipts or simple account entries.
• Lend a hand with customers—whether that’s answering the phone or an email, speaking to customers about our products in the store, or serving a table.
• Bring fresh ideas, positivity, and an eye for detail to everything you do.

Who You Are

• You enjoy social media and know what makes a good post.
• You’ve got a creative side and like taking great photos and making engaging videos. 
• You’re organized and don’t mind small admin tasks.
• You’re friendly and comfortable talking with people.
• You’ve got a “let’s do this” attitude and enjoy pitching in where needed.
• You know you're not perfect and are happy to learn - "life-long learner" is your motto. 
• You like the idea of working in a small entrepreneurial environment complete with its growth pains.
