We’re currently seeking a Lead Hand Carpenter/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and confident, leading small crews on renovation projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist in various residential and commercial renovation projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Coordinate on-site tasks and support junior team members
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in carpentry/renovation/construction
- Leadership experience or ability to manage a small crew
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
