We are looking for a caring, responsible individual who will be a key part of our client-centered team.
Salary Range - $17.60 to $18.80 dependent on experience
Location – North & South Dundas
What you'll do:
- Maintain a clean, safe home environment for all clients.
- Sweep, vacuum and mop floors; dust furniture; clean bathrooms; change bed linens; wash, dry personal clothing and linens; collect garbage from all rooms and dispose in designated trash bins; wash & dry dishes.
- Follow infection control policies and procedures for housekeeping.
- Report changes in client’s physical or cognitive abilities.
What you'll need:
- Household management experience
- Previous housekeeping experience an asset
- Experience working with elderly/vulnerable sector
- Demonstrated commitment to client safety
- Current criminal reference check & vulnerability
- Must be able to speak English, French is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to adjust to working with people of different background and abilities
