Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Maintain and organize tenant and lease records, ensuring all documents are up to date.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors, tenants, and property manager.
• Assist with rent collection and invoicing, following up on outstanding payments as needed.
• Prepare and distribute reports, letters, and other documents related to property management.
• Respond to tenant inquiries via email and phone, providing excellent customer service.
• Support property managers with property inspections, tenant requests, and compliance tracking.
• Assist in marketing efforts, such as listing vacancies and coordinating property showings.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Previous experience in commercial property management or a related field is required.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (an asset).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred, as some site visits may be required).
