Job Overview:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Roofers to join our team in Maynard, Ontario. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM until approximately 5:00–6:00 PM, depending on when the job is completed. Due to the nature of roofing work, the schedule is weather-dependent, and occasional weekend work may be required if there are weather-related delays during the week.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace various types of roofing systems (e.g., shingles, metal, flat roofs).

• Work safely at heights while using ladders, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment.

• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation.

• Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials to ensure proper installation.

• Use hand and power tools to complete roofing tasks efficiently.

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

• Work in a team environment and assist crew members as needed.

• Ensure job sites are clean and organized at the end of each workday.

Qualifications:

• Previous roofing experience is an asset but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

• Must be trained in "Working at Heights" or willing to complete 

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from Maynard, where the team meets each day before heading to job sites.

Compensation:

• Starting wage is approximately $18/hour, but higher pay is available based on experience.
