Job Title: Telephone Installation Technician & Technical Support
Location: Prescott and Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technician to join our team, specializing in telephone installation services for both residential and business contracts. This role involves installing and troubleshooting telephone and network systems, ensuring seamless communication solutions for our clients. When not in the field, the technician will work in an office environment, assisting with technical support, related tasks and other duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telephone and network systems in homes and businesses.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients.
- Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and repairs.
- Assist with office-based technical support and administrative duties as needed.
- Travel to customer locations using a company-provided vehicle.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center role is beneficial.
- Advanced computer skills and comfort working with various software and hardware systems.
- Strong trouble shooting skills to diagnose and fix technical issues effectively.
- Valid driver's license required.
Soft Skills:
- Personable and able to build strong relationships with clients.
- Reliable, presentable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with Prescott and surrounding areas is a plus.
