Job Description:

Little Barcelona, a traditional Spanish restaurant in Prescott, is seeking a dependable Kitchen Help & Dishwasher to join the team. This entry-level position involves assisting with food preparation, preparing dishes under the supervision of the cook, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ingredient preparation, including chopping, portioning, and basic prep tasks.
• Support the cook in assembling and preparing dishes as needed.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean workspace.
• Keep the dishwashing station and storage areas organized.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with other kitchen tasks as required.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Food Handler's Certificate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
