What we need:
A friendly face and willingness to learn and give an A+ effort in your role as our front line customer service. No experience necessary, as we'll train the right person. A familiarity or interest in finances, tax preparation, and business management is encouraged, and bilingualism is an asset.
What you bring:
You have outgoing personality and good composure, and an ability to deal with a wide variety of people and personalities. You're quick to learn, and comfortable using a computer in an office setting. You have initiative and you're eager to help out whenever you're asked.
Job responsibilities:
You'll answer all incoming phone calls, and return any missed calls from out of office hours. You'll call clients as directed. You'll pick up & manage mail from post office box, as well as package and send out mail as needed. You'll accept client documents incoming, whether physically or electronically, and file appropriately. For physical documents, you'll sort and prepare for scanning, assisting in scanning when needed. You'll keep front reception area maintained and up to date, with light cleaning, replacing old & outdated magazines/papers, water plants, and anything else that keeps our reception warm and welcoming to clients. You'll greet incoming clients, and maintain warm & friendly relationships. And you'll take payments in person or over the phone for completed work.
