- Mowing all lawns with self-propelled walk behind mower and a Kioti Zero turn mower.
- Using weed eater machine by all fence lines and around all buildings.
- Watering flower beds every morning.
- Doing regular maintenance on mowing equipment i.e. washing, oil changes, blade sharpening, cleaning mower decks.
- Road sweeping with handheld sweeper.
- Trimming roads with pole saws + brush saws.
- Painting decks, buildings, equipment.
- Helping facilities with small tasks i.e. building stairs, walkways.
- Brush hogging on Kubota tractor.
- Removing vines and foliage around fence lines.
Must possess a G2 license as driving a tractor is part of the position/responsibilities.
