Food and Beverage Server - Team Lead

We are currently accepting resumes for a team lead to run our Pop Up location in Prescott, ON. 

Title: Team Lead - Food and Beverage Server

Summary of Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage inventory
• Consistently offer friendly and professional service
• Be knowledgeable of the menu and craft beer
• Be knowledgeable about Arbru’s mission and vision
• Follow company policies, procedures and standards
• Follow all safety policies when handling food and beverage
• Open and close the premises
• Collaborate with other team members
• Maintain a clean environment and create an inviting dining experience 
• Report to Manager/Owner of Arbru

Qualifications:

• Must have current Smart Serve
•  Previous experience an asset
• Strong communication skills
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate leadership and problem solving skills
• Responsible and reliable
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift 50 lbs

Seasonal: May - October

Full Time: Thursday - Sunday
