Term: Seasonal Contract from April 15 to November 15 (weather dependent)
Employee Requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle and equipment
- Be comfortable working with lawn care and landscaping machinery
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
- Enjoy outdoor physical activity and work in all safe weather conditions
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Self directed and able to follow instructions
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Leadership skills are an asset

Student Wage: $16/Hr

Jr. Landscaper $18.00-$21.75/Hr
- Assistant to the Sr. Landscaper
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of job site
- Collect, deliver and move material as needed
- Ability to use basic hand tools such as but not limited to shovels and rakes
- Willingness to learn from Sr. Landscaper with potential of advancement

Sr. Landscaper $22.00-$25.75/Hr
- Perform general hardscape installation and maintenance procedures
- Advanced use and knowledge of hand tools such as: quick cut, packer and laser level
- Familiarity with heavy equipment machinery (skid steer and excavator)
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Valid G class driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

Lead Hand Starting at $26.00/Hr
- Perform advanced hardscape installation and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read landscape plan and set appropriate grade
- Oversee a landscape project from start to finish
- Advanced experience with heavy equipment machinery (skid steer and excavator
- Give direction to fellow crew members
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Valid G class driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
- Strong skill set in problem solving and conflict resolution
- Capable of prepping and setting base for pavers or retaining wall

Garden Crew $18.00-$22.00/Hr
Regular maintenance of garden beds which would include:
- Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees
- Edging garden beds
- Weeding and mulching
- Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs
- Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees
- Watering gardens, lawns, and landscapes
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers

Lawn Crew $18.00-$22.00/Hr
Lawn maintenance which would include:
- Beautifying properties by mowing and trimming
- Cleaning up debris
- Complete appropriate documentation on supplied tablet per site visit
- Daily maintenance of company vehicle and equipment
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Lawn Crew Leader requires valid G class driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
