Home & Beyond is a boutique retail store in the heart of Kemptville, Ontario. Our name represents our goal: to be the first place you choose to shop for your home and all things beyond.  We are seeking candidates for a Retail Sales Associate.  The ideal candidate is customer services oriented and understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others.  Other responsibilities include assisting with setting up product displays, facilitating purchases, stocking merchandise, and using our store’s Facebook page to drive sales and customer interaction.

Successful Retail Sales Associates should have the following skills and qualifications: 

• Prior retail or customer service experience.
• Reliable
• Cheerful working “can do” attitude.
• Knowledge of social media
• Tech savvy with computer and point of sale system experience
