Experienced Cook

The Brigadoon Restaurant in Oxford Mills provides a fine dining experience in one of Ontario's finest heritage buildings. Offering lunch, dinner, Sunday roast lunch, afternoon tea and many themed evenings. We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team.

Requirements:

• Prepares all items in accordance with the approved recipe 
• Handles and cleans kitchen equipment carefully and safely 
• Works efficiently and effectively to gather, wash, cut, season, cook, and store ingredients
• Team player who can take instruction from supervisors 
• Maintain a clean and safe work area adhering to food safety and health standards
• Ensure food ingredients are stored in their designated area and rotated in the proper manner
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Minimum 1 year experienced preferred
