Production Worker
Job description
Position Overview:
Burnbrae Farms Brockville is seeking full-time Production Team Members to join our team! This is a great full-time role complete with benefits (after 3 months) and no night shifts. Tasks involve the cooking, inspection, packing and palletizing of perishable egg products in a fast paced environment. The successful candidates are required to have a high attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Ideal candidates must have;
- Ability to work 40 hrs/week on flexible shifts (e.g. days or afternoons between Monday and Friday). Occasional overtime may be required.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks including, but not limited to lifting up to 30 lbs.
- High work ethic with a dedication to quality
- Previous factory work or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work within a team setting as well as independently
- Previous experience in food processing with knowledge of HACCP and GMP’s would be considered an asset
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
