Brokered Home Help & Home Maintenance Workers are needed in Leeds & Grenville. Brokered Workers are screened by Senior Support Services - CPHC: a valid driver’s licence, access to a reliable vehicle, clear Criminal Record/Vulnerable Record check, and reference checks required. Also required, an interview and orientation. Once screened, CPHC matches Brokered Workers with clients seeking various services.
Service arrangements are made between the client and the brokered worker, who is paid at a rate of $18 per/hour for Home Help and $20 per/hour for Home Maintenance. Theses rates are set by CPHC and agreed upon by the client. Clients supply all necessary equipment and cleaners for Home Help. It is recommended that the Brokered Worker has their own equipment for Home Maintenance duties.
Home Help jobs inside clients homes can include, but not limited to: house cleaning, homemaking, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, shopping, meal prep, etc.
Home Maintenance jobs outside clients homes can include, but not limited to: light repairs and outdoor chores such as snow removal, and lawn care.
