Finishing Team

We are looking for you to join our Post-Harvest team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, Finishing staff are responsible for the quick and efficient hand trimming of our dried cannabis product, creation of pre-rolls, packaging and labelling cannabis, and other post-harvest activities. She/he will primarily focus on post-harvest products while assisting the trimming team as needed. You'll need to be organized & have an eye for detail to excel in all areas.

Duties & responsibilities

• Takedown grow rooms for harvests
• Hand-trim product to prepare it for post-harvest stages

• Create pre-rolls
• Package and label dried cannabis products
• Contribute to quality control of post-harvest

• Participate in other post-harvest activities such as extraction or topical creation as additional products are needed
• Ensure accurate records are maintained of all activities
• Record & Maintain performance indicators
• Operating and maintaining basic equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and facility
• Participate & record in facility cleaning and sanitation activities
• Read & understand our Fleurish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s)
• Ensure post-harvest areas are maintained in a clean, organized & safe manner
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Education:

• Cannabis trimming experience an asset
• Cannabis packing or pre-roll experience an asset
• Skilled at repetitive tasks
• Ability to be flexible and work in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail in skilled & precision work;
• Excellent manual dexterity using scissors, snips and sheers
• Ability to stay organized with minor supervision
• Ability to execute techniques consistently
• Cannabis knowledge and experience an asset
• Must be able to lift to 25lbs; able to sit for long periods of time
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Ability to work shift work and or weekends if required
