Face Loader Operator:

Leading Construction Material Manufacturer Modular Group is Looking to Expand our team in the Ottawa & Surrounding Areas with experienced & Driven individuals.

Candidates must have Knowledge & Experience in all aspects of the Aggregates Manufacturing industry including Safety Culture, Production, Maintenance, Ergonomics, Key performance Indicators.

Conditions of Employment include:

-         High Level of Safety Culture in the Workplace

-         Traveling within the Province of Ontario, (Accommodations & Travel compensation Package Provided)

-         MINIMUM 12HR Shifts

-         60HRS + / Week, Overtime @ 44hrs worked.

-         Shift work.

-         Occasional weekends to Compensate for Increasing Production workload.

-         Ability to work in a team environment

-         Valid Ontario Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation.

-         Minimum 1 Year Experience Pits / Quarry’s, Aggregate Operations

-         **Surface Miners R.O.T a MUST**

-         Heavy Mobil Equipment Experience.

-         90 Day Probation Period.

Face Loader Operator:

Applicant must have a MINIMUM of 1 Year - Experience / Knowledge of Safe operation with Face loader from 980 – 988 CAT. Series OR Comparable Equipment.

Role will involve Loading Haul trucks, Stock pile / site management & Maintenance, Loading Plant from Working Face pile & stock pile, Knowledge of equipment & Maintaining Equipment, Maintaining Haul Roads,

-         Hourly Wage starting at $23.10/hr.
