Madison Montessori Academy in Kemptville is looking to hire professional, energetic and passionate educators! We are currently looking for two full time permanent positions to fill either Registered Early Childhood Educators (preferred) OR Early Childhood Assistants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check (Recent)
- CPR Level C and First Aid Certification.
- A positive, passionate and fun-loving attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and self-motivated environment.
- ECE, experience with special needs an asset
- Good Standing with the College of Early Childhood Education
- Enjoy working with children!
- Will to complete all the necessary paperwork prior before start date.
- Willingness to do professional learning development.
As educators your roles are but not limited to the following:
- Providing nurturing , love and care to children.
- More then 1 year experienced preferred in the field.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programming plans with the age groups.
- Promote open communication skills with parents, staff and the Academy's Management team.
- Ensuring safety and supervision are provided at all times with the children.
- Can work as a team player, be responsible and independent.
- Provide educational and enriched learning through daily programming along with completing progress reports.
- Flexibility to changes in schedule/rooms/ ratio needs.
- Taking leadership roles to ensure all necessary paperwork is up to date with the children and the classroom/environment.
