The role of DZ truck driver is a year-round position.
Summary of Responsibilities & Opportunities:
Hauling of gravel, soil etc.… in summer months.
Hauling of snow in the winter months.
Responsible for accurate and timely use of company software to track job progress, employee hours, vehicle circle checks, required equipment maintenance, etc.
Represent the company professionally through effective and courteous communications with the customers and their patrons.
Adhere to all Corporate Policies, the Occupational Health & Safety Act, the Corporations Health & Safety Policy and all other relevant legislation as it applies to the workplace.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
A valid DZ/AZ driver’s license with a good driving record.
Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
Experience with running a knuckle boom crane would be an asset.
Reliable, demonstrates attention to detail, and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
Personable, positive attitude and a great work ethic.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs of a rapidly growing company.
Ability to quickly learn industry-specific computer software applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
