Support Workers needed throughout Leeds and Grenville

Job Description

Are you experienced in providing skilled direct support to others? Are you an active and engaging individual who is looking to get out into the community to support the goals and passions of others? Do you see yourself being able to assist someone’s participation in their goals, interests, and involvement in Brockville? Are you able to creatively think of new ways to help someone participate in their desired activities to encourage full inclusion?

Location: Brockville, Ontario

Certifications: It is considered an asset to have a First Aid/CPR certificate and valid Criminal Reference Check

Job Type: Various Part-Time and Casual positions available, in Brockville, Prescott and Kemptville.

Qualifications:

• Background degree, diploma or certificate in the related field (e.g. DSW, PSW etc.) or relevant work or personal experience in supporting others.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Responsible individual
• Engaging and active
• Excellent communication skills
• Mature individual who can demonstrate a high level of professionalism and responsibility
