Reports to: Location Manager
Location: Crysler, ON
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Mixing fertilizer (dry and some liquids)
- Operating skid steer loader
- Equipment maintenance
- Plant maintenance
- Delivery of products
Working Conditions:
- Seasonality of the role requires long hours during the Spring and possibly into Summer (90+ hrs/week), managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Heavy lifting and physical labour will be required
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Driver’s license
- D-Z license (asset)
- Forklift propane license (asset, but can provide training)
- Familiarity with fertilizer and chemicals
- Good customer relations skills
- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends during busy season
- Ability to fix and repair fertilizer equipment
- Long term team player
