Positions needed:

Cashiers & Cooks $14.35 per hour

Supervisors $15.00 to $16.00 per hour

Assistant Manager $17.00 to $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities for Cashiers and Cook may include:

  • Serves guests of restaurant
  • Takes guests’ orders for food and beverages and receive payment at the POS machine
  • Accurately selects guests’ requested food items
  • Works as a team with other team members to fulfill all guests’ orders accurately and within the required standard service time
  • Dispenses and serves cold drinks
  • Makes and serves hot beverages
  • May cook or apportion fries or perform other duties to prepare food and serve guests
  • Maintain orderly and clean counter as well as other facilities utilized by guests.
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
  • May operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, or deep-fat fryers

Responsibilities of a Supervisor, you will:

  • Ability to deal well with a variety of people
  • Initiative, good judgment, decision making and working well with authority
  • Responsible, reliable, honest
  • Competence at all restaurant positions and able to fill in as required
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all Operating Standards including product quality, service, and cleanliness
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience in the food industry.

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager to:

  • Address customers compliments or concerns in a timely manner
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Manage daily operations of the business
  • Maintaining business food quality and standards
  • Inventory Control
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurant
  • Ideal candidate has 3 years management experience in the food industry.
