Full-time dishwasher - Oxford Mills

The Brigadoon Restaurant in Oxford Mills provides a fine dining experience in one of Ontario's finest heritage buildings. Offering lunch, dinner, Sunday roast lunch, afternoon tea and many themed evenings.

Looking for a Full-time dishwasher to join our team. Must be flexible to work all shifts assigned Afternoons, Evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and clean dishes and kitchen equipment carefully and safely
• Work efficiently and effectively to clear serving areas and sanitize prep areas
• Maintain clean and organized workstation at all times
• Position also includes cleaning, and some light prep work

Requirements:

• Adhere to standards of establishment
• Ability to lift 50lbs as required
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
•  Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Strong team player, able to follow directions

Kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory –will train the right person!
