Shaggy's Fry Shack is a fun, friendly, busy chip wagon and is looking for a Manager Trainee to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, have plenty of energy and enjoy customer service. Must be a team leader who enjoys working in a close knit successful team.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Food prep
- Inventory
- Cashier
- Fulfilling customer orders
- Helping run the line
- Post shift cleaning and stocking the wagon
- Doing dishes (pots and pans)
- Scheduling staff and training new staff members
- Mentoring staff in quality food production and ensuring food safety standards are adhered to
Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Food Handlers certificate
- Experience on a grill considered an asset
- Able to work well under pressure during busy lunch and dinner rushes while maintaing the highest food product quality
The successful candidate will be training to become manager for the next summer season.
