We are looking to hire a registered Physiotherapist to join our team at Prescott Family Chiropractic. This is a part-time opportunity with the chance to progress to full-time hours.
Details:
- Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Consult with other health care professionals when developing treatment plans for clients
- Assess clients by conducting range of motion and muscle tests and propose treatment plans
- Explain procedures, risks and benefits to clients
- Administer massage techniques, Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body, Apply finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body
- Suggest home care instructions and provide information about techniques
- Maintain records of treatments given
- Deliver client focused treatment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within an inter-disciplinary team
- Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Evidence of effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, judgment and decision-making skills
