Warehouse / Shipping Associate - Industrial Products (Kingston Branch)

40 hrs/ Week, Monday to Friday

Warehouse / Shipping Associate Mandate

The successful candidate will have a high energy level and complete a variety of warehouse operations, including the handling of inventory, packing orders and delivering products to our highly valued clients. The major focus of this full-time role in Kingston includes:

• Compliance with company policies and safety procedures;
• Work independently to pick, pack, ship and deliver products to client sites and inventory transfers to the Brockville Branch;
• Sort & Repackage products for the Company’s Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) sites, including transfers to our client’s on-site vending machines;
• Accurate and timely packaging of daily shipments for couriers and LTL carriers;
• Complete monthly inventory cycle counting as per scheduled procedures;
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse;
• Perform other duties as requested by coworkers and the leadership team.

Qualifications and Experience

 Levac Supply Ltd. and our valued clients require a team player with:

• Min 5 years’ experience in a similar support staff or warehouse role;
• Established organizational and analytical skills with attention to accuracy and productivity;
• Superior telephone, email and face-to-face communication skills;
• Practical experience with computers, software, and data entry;
• Mechanical aptitude and some experience assembling products and equipment;
• Have a valid Ontario driver’s license and produce a clean driver’s abstract to allow access to a company vehicle during work hours.
