Ottawa Belting is a locally owned and operated business, that provides sales and service of commercial and industrial conveyor belts.
Duties would include:
- Disassembling machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs, examining parts for wear and breakage
- Re-assemble after inspections and repairs are complete
- Keep an accurate record of inspections and maintenance performed
- Carry equipment and tools to and from the work area
The ideal candidate would be:
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Have a keen eye for detail and be able to read plans and measurements accurately
- Maintain a clean work space and have a high level of health and safety awareness
- Jobs will sometimes require long hours which could mean weekends and evenings
- Candidates will need to have a driver's licence
- Salary will be dependant on experience
