Overview:
We are looking for an energetic individual who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys challenges, and is a dynamic team player. Reporting to the GTW Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring camera security systems, completing reports by recording information, observations, occurrences and surveillance activities and assist in the coordination of loss prevention initiatives.
Highlights:
 Assist in the execution of loss prevention activities and programs
 Observe and supervise security camera systems
 Provide direct support to the Loss Prevention Team, Facility Operations, & relevant stakeholders
 Record and Track specific areas of loss concern within the DCs
 Provide analytics on key areas of loss, identifying areas and opportunities for improvement.
 Complete designated tasks as directed by the Loss Prevention Supervisor
Job Requirements:
• Completion of High School
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
• Strong attention to detail and have strong analytical and problems solving skills
• Self-motivated; ability to work without direct supervision
• Intermediate PC skills, within a Windows environment
• Ability to work under strict confidentially, high ethical standards, combined with a common sense approach
• Loss prevention experience – either through education or work experience
• Ontario Security Guard License
Assets
• Diploma in Law Enforcement and/or Police Foundations
• Bilingual
