Chris’s Woodshop in Kemptville is looking for a Cabinet Maker, start date as soon as possible. We are looking for an energetic, reliable and dedicated individual to join our production team.
This role will allow you to utilize your skills, experience and knowledge.
You will be responsible for…
- Production and assembly of custom cabinetry including trim work and staining
- Installation into new and retrofit homes
- Reviewing finished work to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
To be successful you will need to be able to….
- Work in a production environment
- Able to use measuring tape (metric and imperial)
- Able to use table saw, mitre saw and small production tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend and crouch as needed
- Moving and lifting heavy products
Assets will include any exposure to higher level custom work, ability to read architectural drawings.
Full time – overtime as required. Salary $16 and up to start based on experience and skill.
Will also consider an Apprentice Cabinet maker.
