Madison Montessori Academy is currently accepting applications for the position of Registered Early Childhood Educator .
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Be a registered member in good standing with the College of ECE
- Knowledge of the Montessori philosophy
- Negative criminal records check for the vulnerable sector completed
- Current first aid and CPR Level C
Experience, knowledge and skills
The RECE must:
- Possess thorough knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years Act, How Does Learning Happen and Montessori philosophy
- Be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and nurturing relationships with children
- Be highly motivated and energetic
- Show professionalism
Possess excellent interpersonal and team skills
